Intern, Marketing – Event Management, Quantum Computing Hackathon Project

Kipu Quantum

• Support in planning, organizing, and executing the Quantum Computing Hackathon in collaboration with the City of Berlin • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to raise awareness and boost participation • Create and maintain the event website and manage associated web content • Assist with organizing the closing event (February/March 2026) • Develop and execute an editorial calendar for ongoing marketing activities • Maintain close coordination with internal marketing teams and external marketing agencies • Prepare and maintain presentations, communications materials, and event documentation • Support project management tasks, including schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination

Job Requirements

  • Enrolled master's student at a German university, preferably in Event Management, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Ideally available full-time (40 hours/week) for the internship period (6 months)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a structured, reliable, and proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Creative and self-motivated with a strong interest in marketing, events, and technology
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German (both required)
