Account Manager

• Translate data, results, and learnings into clear insights and actionable takeaways • Support Senior Account Managers in managing creative projects within the Creative Studio • Take ownership of simpler campaigns and studio requests from brief to delivery • Coordinate between channel managers, creatives, and internal stakeholders • Analyse results from previous campaign flights in collaboration with channel managers • Transform insights into structured creative briefs for follow-up campaigns • Ensure briefs are clear, realistic, and aligned with brand and performance objectives • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and feedback cycles within the studio

Job Requirements

  • Native understanding & experience in LatAm or SEA markets
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or similar role (agency or in-house)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with campaign data, reports, and performance results
  • Capability to extract insights and explain them clearly to creatives and stakeholders
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment
  • English language skills to IELTS Level 5 or above
