Sales Compensation Manager
Deel
• Own processes related to administering monthly commission cycle for global workforce • Handle timely and accurate resolution of quota credit and commission inquiries • Ensure sales commission software is effectively maintained to account for evolutions in the compensation program, new roles, etc. • Develop metrics to track inquiry resolutions, SLAs, error rates, etc. • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to streamline commission workflows and reduce manual efforts • Ensure effective protocols and measures are in place to validate commission payments and maintain compliance
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Compensation (preferably in SaaS/Technology)
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through with tasks reliably and independently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to correspond quickly and accurately with numerous stakeholders
- Independent problem-solver and self-starter able to manage complex projects end-to-end, from design to execution and QA
- Experience working with dynamic sales teams and strong interpersonal skills in dealing with management
- Experience using CaptivateIQ or other Incentive Compensation Management system preferred
