Win & Winnow Language Services
• Find and engage qualified prospects across priority segments; hit weekly activity and stage-conversion KPIs • Make personalized and direct contact efforts to uncover pains around accessibility; craft simple problem → solution narratives • Prepare quotes and proposals; lead client meetings and participate at events across Europe as needed • Be the first, reliable point of contact—ensuring a smooth and positive start for every client • Analyze early usage/signals to spot growth potential; suggest upsell/cross-sell with tailored solutions • Orchestrate clean hand-offs to Project Management so delivery starts strong • Keep CRM spotless (contacts, notes, next steps); provide reliable updates to your leader • Track your performance vs. KPIs/quotas; raise risks early and propose improvements • Share market insights (objections, competitors, trends) to refine messaging and offers
Job Requirements
- 1–3+ years in B2B sales or commercial support (services/tech/solutions)
- International/multicultural exposure is a plus
- Understanding of language services or digital accessibility is a plus
- Familiar with proposals, basic sales reporting, and CRM hygiene
- Strong written and spoken English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Comfortable with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo)
- Curious about using AI/automation to sell smarter
