• Take over a key role as a Senior Frontend Engineer in the Engineering department • Work on our web platforms, implementing features across the entire stack • Design, implement, and maintain new features while managing the existing codebase • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop solutions • Deliver high-quality code within set deadlines, ensuring clean, maintainable solutions • Prototyping, testing, and iterating upon new features • Debug and troubleshoot issues to deliver a seamless user experience • Develop and test across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets • Collaborate closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration • Implement SEO best practices to improve our web applications’ search engine rankings • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end, SEO, and JavaScript trends and technologies. • Work with Product Managers, Design Team and Developers and manage time across multiple projects and tasks in a deadline-driven, team environment • Willingness to participate in our on-call rota.

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned to stakeholder and mission needs. • Develop interactive data visualization apps using Databricks-hosted data. • Apply data visualization, UX/UI and accessibility best practices to front-end analytics products. • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and product leads to translate requirements into effective solutions. • Incorporate stakeholder feedback through iterative design and enhancement. • Ensure consistency with visualization, branding and reporting standards

• Build and enhance React/TypeScript applications • Transform complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces • Ensure consistent UI patterns across applications • Champion code modularity and long-term maintainability • Optimize frontend performance and ensure testing coverage

• As a front-end engineer, you would be working on new feature development with cutting edge technologies. • Core objective is to develop applications imbibing qualities including but not limited to performance, quality, maintainability, extensibility, user experience and developer experience • You will be expected to collaborate well UX designers and Product Managers • You are expected to be inquisitive and have a proficient understanding of how the modern web works. • A good knowledge of design principles, wireframe designing using AI, Figma would be good to have. • Experience in creating pixel perfect, responsive design and accessibility
