Sales Representative
LawnStarter
• Manage inbound and outbound warm calls (approx. 200+ weekly). • Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes to close new customers, explain LawnStarter’s services, and upsell recurring plans. • Meet and exceed sales metrics and quality standards. • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with U.S. customers. • Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold data protection policies.
Job Requirements
- High school graduate; college preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English
- At least 2 years of telesales or BPO experience
- Familiarity with CRM/VoIP tools (Google Suite preferred)
- Desktop/laptop with camera (Core i5, 8GB RAM minimum), dual monitors, noise-canceling headset
- 25 Mbps connection with 10 Mbps backup
- Quiet, dedicated workspace (PLDT/Converge preferred)

- Base Pay: **Php 41,360.00/month**
- Performance Incentives: **Php 9,000–37,000/month**
- Total Potential Pay: **Php 50,360–78,360/month**
