Technical Support Specialist – Programmatic
Broadsign
• Responding and resolving escalated technical questions from internal and external clients • Deliver an outstanding customer service experience • Tracking and documenting issues in the case management system • Conception/development/maintenance of internal tools and services for use by both the Programmatic Technical Operations team and other teams in the company • Maintenance/evolution of Operations back-end infrastructure • Skilled in analyzing complex technical problems, utilizing queries and scripts to extract information from large datasets across multiple systems. • Knowledge sharing by creating internal/ external documentation and/or deliver trainings to colleagues and teams
Job Requirements
- College diploma or university degree in an IT-related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
- 2+ years in a Senior/Second-level Support, DataOps, SRE, SysAdmin, or Technical Business Analyst role.
- Demonstrate impeccable customer service skills by closing cases with a solution or more education (going further than “I can’t reproduce it”).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think “outside the box.”
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries) and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of Linux and Database concepts.
- Deep understanding of data structures & algorithms. Being able to code is a huge asset.
- Experience with cloud solutions and familiarity with HTML/JavaScript is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely in a secluded setting while collaborating virtually.
- Experience in Programmatic Advertising is an asset, but not required.
