• Collaborate with experienced content and marketing managers to create and adapt content • Support content distribution, research industry trends, and help maintain a scalable content system • Write or co-create 2–3 blog posts per month under the guidance of senior team members • Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-specific formats for LinkedIn, X, Medium, and online communities • Assist in preparing clear and structured visual briefs for designers • Support storytelling-driven content such as founder stories, behind-the-scenes, team spotlights, and life-format pieces • Contribute to research on new content ideas, formats, and emerging trends in the tech industry • Help identify trending topics, audience interests, and content patterns across social platforms and competitor channels • Gather insights to support content planning and experimentation • Assist in distributing adapted content across relevant online communities • Support a structured and scalable content distribution workflow • Help prepare short-form snippets and micro-content for PR, syndication, and outreach activities • Work with the existing content matrix and content calendar • Help maintain and update the schedule using Microsoft 365 and Metricool • Track content production stages, deadlines, and publishing timelines • Monitor basic content performance metrics: views, engagement, clicks, read time • Prepare simple descriptive monthly insights under team guidance • Support incremental improvements in formats, topics, and distribution based on results.
Job Requirements
- Strong written English skills (clarity, structure, tone)
- Genuine interest in content marketing, storytelling, social media, and the tech industry
- Ability to simplify and adapt complex ideas into clear, engaging, platform-specific content
- Basic understanding of social media marketing principles and what makes content perform well on platforms like LinkedIn, X, Medium, communities, newsletters
- Curiosity and research mindset: ability to explore trends, topics, audience behavior, and competitor content
- Basic understanding of storytelling principles and narrative structure
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes, checklists, and calendars
- Familiarity with AI content tools, Microsoft 365, and Metricool
- Willingness to learn new content tools, formats, and workflows.
