• Own the product from problem identification to value delivery; • Translate business objectives into clear problems, hypotheses, and solutions; • Define and track OKRs, product metrics, and impact KPIs; • Prioritize the backlog based on value, effort, risk, and real data; • Actively participate in defining the roadmap (short, medium, and long term); • Drive continuous discovery (user interviews, data analysis, and real feedback from CS, sales, and support); • Create hypotheses, validate solutions, and avoid unnecessary build; • Collaborate with Design on flows, wireframes, and rapid validations; • Write clear and concise PRDs; • Detail User Stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules; • Work daily with the engineering team (squads); • Monitor development, testing, rollout, and post-launch; • Ensure quality, correct scope, and value delivery; • Track metrics before and after launch; • Evaluate the real impact of deliveries; • Make data-driven decisions (not just based on intuition); • Adjust the product quickly when necessary; • Define MVPs for rapid Product validation.
Job Requirements
- Experience working with engineering and design teams;
- Strong ability to engage in technical conversations with developers;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean);
- Experience taking products to market (Go-to-Market initiatives);
- Experience with market research / Market Intelligence (Product-Market Fit);
- Familiarity with or experience using the WSJF prioritization method (Weighted Shortest Job First);
- End-to-end product creation for SaaS platforms (from discovery to validation of results);
- Experience with user research and testing (A/B tests, usability testing, etc.);
- Ability to work within a culture of experimentation and in uncertain scenarios (cause/effect relationships not always well-known);
- Dynamic profile that contributes to strategic decisions but is also very hands-on to deliver the area’s outcomes.

Brief Summary of Purpose: The Accountable Care Organization ACO Behavioral Health Case Manager I (BHCM I) is an integral part on an interdisciplinary team focused on transition of care assessment and support, care coordination, care management and improving access to and quality of care for Fallon Health ACO members. The BHCM I embed in the ACO Partner Provider Offices and works closely with ACO Partner Providers, Office Staff, Care Management Staff and others at the Partner sites managing member care. BHCM seeks to establish telephonic and/or face to face relationships with the member/caregiver(s) to better ensure ongoing service provision and care coordination, consistent with the member specific care plan developed by the BHCM I and Care Team. Responsibilities may include conducting in home/office face to face visits for members identified as needing face to face visit interaction and assessments with the goal to coordinate and facilitate services to meet member needs according to benefit structures and available community resources. The BHCM I conduct assessments and refers members to Community Partner Programs such as Behavioral Health and Long-Term Services and Supports. The BHCM I may also refer members to Flex Program as applicable depending upon the ACO the member is affiliated with. The BHCM I may utilize an ACD line to support department and incoming/outgoing calls with the goal of first call resolution with each interaction. Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Member Assessment & Education - Telephonic and in-home assessments; create individualized care plans with members and care teams. - Perform care transition assessments and maintain knowledge of program benefits and policies. - Educate members/caregivers on disease management and self-care. - Advocate for members to access benefits and community resources (e.g., housing, food, transportation). Care Coordination & Collaboration - Develop member-centered care plans and monitor progress toward goals. - Coordinate with Nurse Case Managers, Navigators, Social Care Managers, and community partners. - Foster relationships with members, families, and providers to ensure timely, cost-effective care. - Participate in clinical rounds and report safety concerns to Protective Services as needed. We are looking for a Deployment Manager to lead and execute complex customer deployments of OSARO’s smart automation solutions. This role is a hands-on, player-coach position that combines deep technical deployment expertise with formal people and program leadership. The Deployment Manager remains directly involved in on-site execution while owning the successful delivery of multiple parallel deployments and leading deployment engineers through challenging customer environments. OSARO combines advanced machine learning software with the services and industry expertise needed to deliver improved sight and skill to existing robot applications, while enabling new applications for the factories and warehouses of the future. Our products endow industrial robots with the level of autonomy needed to perform an extensive variety of pick-and-place tasks and integrate tightly with our customers’ complex software environments.
