• Manage full-life cycle of several small to large-scale oil & gas remediation projects, each at different phases • Maintain and oversee multiple projects and tasks simultaneously • Coordinate and train team members to perform day-to-day operations, including soil samples, hand auger tasks, installation of monitoring wells and oversight to the removal of impacted soil groundwater • Maintain and oversee project budgets and schedules; prepare work scopes, project plans and budgets to support project proposals • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prepare cost estimates and proposals • Act as point of contact for clients • Develop technical writing including proposals, technical reports, permits & permit-related documents, and senior level reviews of peer prepared reports • Effectively communicate with team members on project status & staffing needs • Keep up-to-date and current on industry trends by completing formal training, reviewing professional publications, and attending professional workshops • Practice safe work practices by following all Company safety rules and OSHA regulations, including attendance at all required safety training programs • Participate in continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts • The position may require travel and an occasional overnight stay. • Build full stack features using React, Python, and modern APIs to deliver high-quality user experiences • Design and extend backend services and APIs that integrate AI models and external AI services into the platform • Create intuitive user workflows that incorporate AI (e.g., conversational data querying, assisted discovery, or guided analytics) • Integrate with Snowflake and our semantic modeling layer to deliver seamless data-driven applications • Define patterns and best practices for integrating LLMs and semantic modeling into data workflows • Mentor and guide engineers, raising the bar on engineering craft, AI integration strategies, and system reliability • Shape the app marketplace experience by advancing intelligent recommendations, AI-assisted publishing, and cross-app insights • Ensure reliability at scale by driving observability, automated testing, CI/CD improvements, and performance tuning across AI-enabled systems • Partner with product and design leadership to translate ambiguous AI opportunities into customer-ready features • Evaluate and influence technology choices (agent frameworks, Snowflake integrations, orchestration layers)
