• Lead the technical direction and execution of high-impact frontend initiatives • Define frontend architecture and drive modernization efforts • Ensure high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability • Act as the technical reference point for frontend decisions • Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Backend, and Stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development
- 3+ years in technical leadership roles
- Strong frontend expertise using React and/or Angular
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Ability to design scalable frontend architectures
- Experience enforcing testing strategies, code reviews, CI integration
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and plan frontend refactors
- Experience guiding frontend engineers and conducting technical reviews
- Hands-on experience evolving legacy frontend codebases
- Solid knowledge of backend concepts, APIs, and system interactions
- Backend experience with PHP, Node.js, or NestJS
- English level B2 or higher
