They need you, an experienced T est Automation Architect , to play a key role in innovating the way Americans access healthcare for years to come through your enterprise-grade software test automation architecture expertise. What you get to do: -Provide hands-on expertise for test automation architecture, strategy, script design and execution, automation framework, virtualization, etc. -Deliver technical leadership to the enterprise-grade company to drive core software quality assurance best practices for tools, automation, test data and more -Collaborate with all levels of leadership to develop, build, and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and test strategies -Work with delivery teams to build out solutions on testing and automation to achieve CI/CD -Evaluate the current automation and testing implementations and perform a gap analysis to provide strategic technical direction -Lead and mentor a growing team of software quality assurance engineers Qualifications

• Collaborate with product engineers and software developers to test ArcGIS Enterprise functionality, particularly the portal home application and embedded web applications • Work with feature teams to gather, design, and write automated test cases • Monitor and analyze test results; collaborate across teams to ensure software quality and release readiness • Document and communicate software issues found during automated and manual testing • Reproduce customer-reported bugs and work closely with Software Development Engineers to resolve these issues • Advocate for vision of and growth in automation for Enterprise portal team

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, and backend services. • Build UI test automation using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. • Develop API validation scripts using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. • Conduct performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner. • Implement security validation checks aligned with OWASP guidelines. • Document test results and support audit/compliance reporting. • Collaborate with developers and architects to remediate defects efficiently.

• Design, build, and maintain robust E2E automation frameworks for complex web applications • Lead automation efforts using Cypress and/or Playwright (experience with both is strongly preferred) • Architect automated test solutions from scratch, not just extending existing frameworks • Build and maintain API automation suites (Postman/REST/GraphQL) • Integrate automated tests deeply into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) • Ensure automation runs are stable, parallelized, fast, and reliable • Define automation best practices, standards, and quality metrics • Automate testing for AI-based features, including: - AI agents and workflows - Model-driven decision logic - Prompt-based systems and non-deterministic outputs • Collaborate with DevOps to optimize execution across environments • Mentor other engineers on automation strategy and implementation
