Paralegal

A&A Associate

• Research and analyze updates in immigration policies and regulations. • Draft and proofread legal documents, including cover letters, immigration forms, and client declarations. • Prepare discovery responses, review objections, and collect client documents. • Organize and prepare case materials for attorney review and hearings. • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, both in-person and by phone. • Conduct document and factual research to support case development. • File court documents and track case deadlines. • Communicate with USCIS and deportation officers to follow up on case statuses and pending requests. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the internal case management system.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in immigration law.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interviewing skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal and case management software.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Technical Requirements: Computer: Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000+), or Mac M1+. Min. 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD. OS: Windows 11 or macOS. Monitors: Two screens required. Headset: USB wired or wireless. Internet: Wired connection, at least 20 Mbps.
