BDR – Prospecting Assistant

Global

• The BDR is a key member of the commercial team, responsible for creating business opportunities for Global. • Your mission is to identify companies that can benefit from our solutions and qualify them for the Inside Sales team or the Business Manager team, depending on the prospect profile. • Research and map companies and decision-makers that match Global’s ideal customer profile (ICP). • Conduct active outbound prospecting through calls, emails and messages using the available tools. • Engage leads and spark interest through strategic, personalized outreach. • Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and challenges. • Schedule meetings for the Inside Sales team and Commercial/Business Managers and ensure structured handoffs of information. • Log all interactions in the CRM for analysis and optimization of the sales process. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams to improve demand generation strategies. • Monitor metrics and KPIs to continuously improve conversion rates.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a BDR
  • Knowledge of prospecting techniques and outbound approaches.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with leads.
  • Goal-oriented profile, focused on generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Pipedrive, Bitrix or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience prospecting products and solutions for the financial area, preferably focused on credit and collections, is a plus.
