Test Automation Engineer – m/f/d

• Lead for building and maintaining the test infrastructure (frontend, API, integration) • Execute robust end-to-end tests to ensure a positive user experience • Perform API tests to ensure backend stability • Support the team with defect analysis and document findings • Actively shape the test strategy in collaboration with agile development teams

Job Requirements

  • University of Applied Sciences degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in test automation
  • Proven track record of building test automation from the ground up
  • Experience with Playwright, Cypress, k6, Java, REST, GraphQL
  • Knowledge of web technologies (Angular, TypeScript)
  • Confident use of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Gradle)
  • Structured, analytical way of working
  • Deeply ingrained quality mindset
  • Good German language skills

About the Role We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer who combines strong manual testing skills with experience in test automation to help build quality into the software delivery process.
