UX Designer
Enroute
• Design high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications. • Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems. • Apply usability best practices to improve user flows and interactions. • Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG). • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback. • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. • Contribute to and maintain design documentation and component libraries.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects for web platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of usability principles and user-centered design.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 or higher).
- Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
