• Design, implement, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Aurora, MongoDB, etc.) • Integrate database deployments into CI/CD pipelines to enable automated schema migrations, rollback, and testing • Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for database provisioning (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible) • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure database performance, health, and security • Optimize database queries, indexes, and execution plans to improve performance and reduce costs • Manage high availability, replication, backup, and disaster recovery strategies • Collaborate with developers, SREs, and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth and secure application-to-database integration • Enforce security best practices, including encryption, key management (AWS KMS/CMK), access control, and compliance with data regulations • Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention • Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis

• Design and build new features and enhancements for our global ticketing platforms • Optimize for user experience and performance in scaling out our applications to handle massive spikes in traffic • Build scalable modules for internal applications and external partners • Create services that power the core of our infrastructure, implementing APIs and features for our mission critical products • Work closely with other engineers, architects, business analysts, product and project managers to create innovative solutions that continue to push the boundaries of our business • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code • Develop consistent, well tested code with Open-Source Programming Languages and Frameworks • Work with third parties to make a seamless and integrated experience for our customers and fans

• Design and enhance enterprise applications using C# .NET • Architect reusable, maintainable patterns that improve long-term scalability • Contribute across the full SDLC — from technical design through deployment • Deliver secure, high-performance code within cleared environments • Integrate applications with MS SQL Server or Oracle • Conduct user research and synthesize operational feedback • Translate requirements into intuitive wireframes and prototypes • Refine workflows, dashboards, and reporting interfaces • Improve usability and adoption of secure enterprise tools • Present and defend UX decisions to technical and mission stakeholders • Partner with engineering, QA, infrastructure, and operational leaders • Bridge backend architecture with front-end usability improvements • Support modernization initiatives within structured federal programs
