• Projectcoördinatie: Je zorgt voor de algehele coördinatie van complexe projecten van ontwerp tot oplevering, waarbij je de planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten bewaakt. • Stakeholdermanagement: Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen, zowel intern als extern, en zorgt ervoor dat alle belanghebbenden goed geïnformeerd zijn en de verwachtingen helder zijn. • Planning & Budgetbewaking: Je stelt gedetailleerde projectplannen op, inclusief tijdslijnen en budgetten, en zorgt ervoor dat het project binnen de gestelde kaders wordt uitgevoerd en rapporteert hier regelmatig over met de stakeholders. • Risicomanagement: Je identificeert en analyseert risico’s en uitdagingen binnen het project en neemt tijdig maatregelen om deze te mitigeren. • Kwaliteitsbeheer: Je bewaakt de kwaliteitsstandaarden en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de eisen van GreenV en de klant. • Samenwerking met interne teams: Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen zoals engineering, inkoop, calculatie en innovatie om de juiste technische oplossingen te bieden en de projectdoelen te realiseren. • Oplevering: Je zorgt voor de tijdige en succesvolle oplevering van het project, inclusief nazorg en evaluatie.

• Lead and own end-to-end delivery of AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, and broader IT/software projects - from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation and final delivery. • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for international, enterprise-level clients. • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive-level communication. • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. • Translate complex business challenges into structured, deliverable technical roadmaps. • Drive scope definition, risk management, budgeting, planning, and resource allocation. • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Engineers). • Support and empower the team as a leader — providing clarity, feedback, and direction. • Identify opportunities to expand collaboration and contribute to account growth. • Participate in pre-sales activities, including shaping solution approaches and connecting technical proposals to business needs. • Contribute to recruitment and team scaling initiatives.

• Plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees projects utilizing cross functional teams • Support the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules • Obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure • Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans • Effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders • Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks • Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas • Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards
