Kira
• Establish and scale Kira's presence in the Brazilian market. • Own all aspects of Kira's business in Brazil: market strategy, government and institutional relationships, go-to-market execution, and team building. • Work with Kira’s partners in Brazil to develop the company’s market strategy. • Build relationships with key stakeholders: Ministry of Education (MEC), state secretaries of education, municipal education leaders, and influential educators. • Own revenue targets for Brazil and build the pipeline to achieve them. • Build the Brazil team: hire, develop, and lead local talent across sales, customer success, and operations. • Serve as the voice of the Brazilian market to Kira's product and learning teams.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English languages.
- 10+ years of experience with significant leadership roles in education, technology, or both in Brazil.
- Track record of building businesses or scaling operations in the Brazilian market.
- Deep relationships in Brazilian education: government, institutions, or influential networks.
- Experience navigating public sector sales and government relationships in Brazil.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with operational discipline.

• Manage client satisfaction in the delivery of IT services, ensures profit objectives are met, directs an on-going strategic plan for the account. • Provides the client a primary point of contact within Presidio and has the responsibility and authority for deployment of resources to support the client from all Presidio business units. • Provides leadership to the account team. • Ensures that the team understands and delivers the unique value proposition (competitive advantage, financial achievement, etc.) that Presidio has sold to the client. • Provides management and technical direction to multiple complex service delivery projects within the account. • Assumes responsibility for all aspects of account performance (technical, contractual, administrative, and financial). • Facilitates successful integration, sets the account vision, communicates sense of core purpose, manages change, and builds a culture open to industry changes. • May lead business development teams in identifying new business opportunities for Presidio and managing the sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in add-on business to existing accounts. • Leverages existing client relationships to develop follow-on business to increase the revenue stream. • Manages a team of Project Management professionals in the provisioning of customers for Presidio Managed Service offering. • Manages all client deliverables with the Project Management team. • Works with other Managed Services departments to maintain and improve customer SLA metrics. • Manages customer satisfaction for high touch customers and customer escalations. Meets agreed upon client deliverable schedules and manage client expectations. • Manages appropriate internal and external resources to meet set deadlines. • Refines as necessary-procedures, diagrams and documentation processes. • Facilitates customer meetings and teleconferences. • Maintains active communication internally and externally. • Manages multiple projects. • Measures success on maintaining high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Execute internal sales objectives & improve account conditions using BBC systems and selling process • Learn and be proficient in beer industry knowledge, brewing, and BBC product styles • Hunt for new business opportunities while growing current business in multi unit chains and key accounts • Utilize effective verbal and written communication with wholesaler, accounts, and coworkers including ability to deliver impactful presentations • Use technology platforms available to mine data to plan and identify opportunities across the account base, market and wholesaler • Build strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers by providing leadership and training across defined geography • Assist in the development Goals, Strategies, Objectives and Tactics for the defined district • Manage budget for given district and account base • Conduct/participate in monthly/quarterly Planning & Review meetings to benchmark current progress to goal and sell BBC objectives • Manage, lead, train, motivate, and develop team of direct reports by working with them on the BBC selling process and accomplishing defined objectives • Regular travel in the market to service retailers and wholesalers
