• Own and evolve the Harness platform while enabling fast, safe, and reliable cloud-native deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments • Design and maintain Harness CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes, ECS, Serverless, and VM workloads • Implement modern deployment strategies including Canary and Blue-Green releases • Build reusable pipeline templates and delivery workflows • Standardize infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Helm / Kustomize • Embed Security, quality gates, and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines • Integrate Observability tooling and support platform reliability • Onboard and enable engineering teams on platform capabilities

• Підтримка команд розробки у повному циклі роботи із застосунками на Kubernetes: створення, розгортання, експлуатація, масштабування та забезпечення надійності. • Проєктування та розвиток інфраструктури за підходом Infrastructure as Code (IaC) з використанням Pulumi, Terraform та інших сучасних інструментів. • Побудова, налаштування та підтримка CI/CD-пайплайнів для забезпечення швидкого та безпечного доставлення змін у продакшен. • Розвиток та супровід систем моніторингу й observability на базі Grafana, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Loki та інших інструментів. Налаштування алертингу, дашбордів та аналізу логів. • Діагностика та усунення несправностей у різних середовищах: від локальної розробки до продакшену. • Участь у хмарних проєктах різного масштабу: проєктування архітектури, міграція, контейнеризація та модернізація існуючих рішень. • Робота з передовим технологічним стеком та можливість впливати на технічні рішення в команді.

• Architect and maintain AWS-based infrastructure (EC2, RDS, Route53, CloudFront). • Automate provisioning and configuration using Chef and optional CloudFormation. • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions integrated with AWS. • Develop scripts (Python/PHP) for automating environment management across tenants. • Manage MySQL and MongoDB databases, including automated backups and restores. • Deploy and optimize monitoring and alerting using DataDog. • Maintain SOC II compliance, IAM policies, and audit readiness. • Support multiple environments: Development, QA, Staging, and segmented Production (Beta/Stable/Low Risk). • Collaborate with developers via a ticket-based workflow and ensure fast communication. • Lead infrastructure migration and establish a scalable backup strategy. • Mentor future DevOps hires and grow the infrastructure team.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows • Manage, operate, and scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS, or self-managed) • Provision and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation) • Improve system reliability, performance, availability, and scalability • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) • Support zero-downtime deployments, rollbacks, and release strategies • Troubleshoot production issues including latency, errors (e.g. 502s), pod crashes, OOMs, and networking problems • Implement and enforce security best practices, including secrets management, IAM, and network policies • Collaborate closely with software engineers on deployment strategies, system design, and operational readiness
