• Collaborate with sales teams to understand upcoming project needs, prioritize and align platform capabilities with market demands, and drive value propositions that streamline deal conversion • Partner directly with active project teams through 1:1 pairing sessions to provide platform expertise and ensure optimal implementation • Track key metrics to quantify the platform's value, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the platform experience • Identify successful project-specific implementations that can be standardized into the core platform • Develop and maintain comprehensive ROI models demonstrating the business value of platform adoption across projects • Drive production reliability, lead issue triage and coordinate resolution with engineering teams and communicate with affected clients

• Maintain, enhance, and expand our foundational codebase ("Foundry") that serves as reusable building blocks for project teams • Support project teams in effectively utilizing our platform components, helping them achieve 50-70% reuse of existing code • Identify opportunities to incorporate successful project implementations back into the platform for future reuse • Proactively address bugs, performance issues, and feature gaps in the platform • Reduce barriers to productivity by creating training materials and documentation for platform components • Design and implement onboarding processes to help team members become productive with the codebase quickly • Provide hands-on support through pairing sessions and code reviews with project teams • Work closely with sales teams to understand upcoming project requirements and advise on platform capabilities and impact • Collaborate with project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to understand what's working and what needs improvement
