Business Analyst

• Responsible for IT project scoping documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and scope projects • Build strong understanding of in-house products • Responsible for User Acceptance Testing and other ad-hoc tasks as needed • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Job Requirements
- Experience required: +3 years in medium to large projects as a Functional or Technical Business Analyst
- Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work across different teams
- Platform experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Monday, Miro, and Slack is highly regarded
- Savvy users of mobile phone applications and experience in this space preferred
