Senior Project Manager – Earthworks
DPR Construction
• Participate and application of DPR’s Environmental Health and Safety Plan • Management of all project team members • Mentor, develop, and train project engineers • 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope • Cost control/billings/collections/change management/cash flows/monthly status reports • Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work team • Accountable for project completion and financials • Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of civil construction experience
- Excellent listening and strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Ability to create and support team morale
- Work scope requires complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in project management software (CMiC, Prolog or similar)
- Proficient in Estimating Software (HCSS HeavyBid or similar) and Civil project management software (HCSS HeavyJob or similar) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field a plus
