• Respond to customer inquiries through Pylon, email, and chat in a timely and helpful manner. • Troubleshoot issues related to account setup, candidate workflows, interview configurations, and ATS integrations. • Help customers understand how to get the most out of HeyMilo's features. • Escalate technical issues to the engineering team. • Document common questions and solutions to help build out our knowledge base. • Track and manage support cases in Salesforce. • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Onboarding teams. • Flag recurring issues or feature requests to Product.
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or a similar customer-facing role at a SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Bullhorn, Avionté, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
- Comfortable using support tools like Pylon and Salesforce (or similar platforms).
- Clear communicator who can explain things simply and patiently.
- Organized, reliable, and take pride in following through on every customer interaction.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your time effectively across time zones.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and in Spanish, Portuguese, or both.
