• Manage and maintain systems and applications hosted on cloud computing solutions, following project guidelines; • Perform deployments and system updates using project-specific technologies; • Develop medium- to high-complexity scripts to automate deployment processes and other strategic project tasks; • Monitor systems and applications, analyze high-complexity data, and perform advanced configurations in monitoring tools; • Define system architecture in terms of documentation and technology, ensuring clarity and efficiency in implementations; • Use cloud computing platforms, provisioning resources and basic services both manually and through automation; • Document processes and technical solutions, and produce additional documentation as required by the project; • Analyze and isolate defects identified during testing, investigate root causes, and propose effective solutions to ensure software quality; • Implement new software development procedures, describing methods and operationalizing their application within the project.
Job Requirements
- Completed higher education, preferably in Computing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container usage and management;
- Experience with tools such as Jenkins and Ansible;
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and automation tools;
- Experience developing automation scripts to optimize deployment processes;
- Experience developing products focused on BSS (Business Support Systems);
- Knowledge of monitoring systems and applications, with the ability to perform complex analysis;
- Experience with Helm;
- Familiarity with provisioning cloud resources and automation best practices;
- Ability to prepare technical documentation and effectively communicate solutions and processes;
- Advanced or fluent English, essential for daily interactions with international stakeholders;

Role Description We are looking for a motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both on-premises and cloud environments, strong knowledge of infrastructure automation, and a solid understanding of system administration and networking. This role will involve designing, deploying, and maintaining reliable and scalable systems, as well as collaborating closely with development teams to ensure smooth delivery of applications. - Manage and deploy infrastructure in on-premises and cloud environments. - Implement and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. - Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and configuration management with Ansible. - Set up, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. - Manage source code and versioning with GitHub. - Develop and maintain scripts using at least one programming language (Python, Bash, etc.). - Perform SQL CRUD operations and maintain database systems. - Administer Linux systems and troubleshoot system/process/network issues. - Configure and manage web servers such as Apache and NGINX, including SSL setup. - Manage build and dependency tools like Maven. - Monitor system performance, processes, and security. - Collaborate with teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability.
