Implementation Manager

• Fully understand all elements important to the customer that may impact deployment and communicate this effectively with internal teams. • Deploy Odyssey to customers; ensuring successful completion of contractual requirements and go-live milestones. • Build strong partnerships and lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Develop deployment plans and lead these plans with State stakeholders and internal Odyssey teams, including Engineering, Product, and Support. • Drive all customer growth and adoption, leading to successful renewal. • Ensure we’re deploying customers in a scalable and effective way; i.e. don’t re-invent the wheel for every new customer.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an implementation or customer success role with hands-on experience deploying actual technology products.
  • Experience managing long-term, complex, and technical implementation cycles ranging 6+ months from start to finish.
  • Strong technical acumen – you understand how to deploy technical systems and can hold your own in high-level technical discussions with the customer.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

This role owns the client experience through the onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle through the delivery of admin user and system launch. Duties / Responsibilities: Manage multiple concurrent customer launch projects, ensuring each remains aligned with defined timelines and milestones. Coordinate and manage the onboarding configuration and technology integration timeline with customer. Monitor customer progress and provide regular, actionable check-ins to keep customers accountable to key launch deliverables and due dates. Conduct effective and engaging training across multiple formats (live to many, virtual live to many, recorded, individual, and needs-based sessions). Maintain a deep level of understanding and be able to effectively communicate the various Navigate360 SaaS solutions’ values and functionalities. Understand education terminology and the needs/requirements of school administrations and law requirements for school safety management. Exercise independent discretion to drive customer participation in setting up and training aspects of launch. Create/design training webinar content. The role impacts approaches, programs, and ways of working within the functional area and has moderate autonomy, guided by professional practices and policies.
