Senior AI Engineer
Finom
• Build and deploy AI models with RAG and tool calling for various product features (e.g., AI accounting, new customer onboarding, customer care, document recognition, categorization, fraud detection) • You understand that great models are built on great measurement — you choose the right signals and turn them into meaningful improvements • Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to bring AI features into production • Stay updated with the latest AI research and propose innovative applications relevant to Finom’s mission
Job Requirements
- Seasoned Python professional with a passion for AI/ML
- Extensive experience with frameworks and libraries such as LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers
- Deployment expert who has a proven track record of successfully deploying ML models in production environments
- Strong software engineer with a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and best practices
- Cloud-savvy individual comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Skilled problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute fresh ideas, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow within the organization
- Effective communicator who is fluent in English (B2+ level)
