• Develop and maintain dashboards and tools to identify and drive improvements to key quality metrics. • Partner with engineering teams to tackle key reliability/performance initiatives. • Advocate for quality culture improvements by improving testing, observability and tech debt management. • Partner with PM, Design, and other functions to align product strategy with long-term technical bets and roadmap. • Elevate engineering quality and promote best practices through design review, code review guidance, and process improvements. • Leading the adoption of AI-driven development practices
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with experience writing performant, large scale distributed systems
- Strong software engineering background (experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or similar)
- Experience with observability, debugging, and profiling to improve software reliability and performance
- Passion for improving product experience and engineering hygiene
- Ability to collaborate with teams across the company and influence engineering culture
- Solving complex platform-level challenges
- Driving engineering standards across the organization
