Sales Director
VIBRANT Marketing
• Provide coaching, guidance and ongoing development for the regional sales team. • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the realities of the assigned territory. • Maximize market share among existing customers and identify new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, retailers and distributors. • Structure and negotiate strategic commercial agreements. • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize commercial execution. • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) rigorously and conduct regular travel within the territory.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in the consumer goods or beverage industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing, motivating and developing sales teams.
- Excellent knowledge of the Eastern Quebec market and its distribution network.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high degree of autonomy and strong organizational discipline.
- Availability for frequent travel required (valid driver’s license essential).
