Job Description The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. Furthermore, they will demonstrate the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, and navigate pharmacy and insurance landscapes to support account needs.
