Job Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Consultative customer service experience (internal or external) with strong empathy.
- Experience in goal management, performance management, or Organizational Human Development (DHO).
- Experience creating training programs and workshops.
- Experience in strategic planning.
- Interest in diving deep into the product and continuously staying up to date on HR trends.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients while maintaining control of technical details.
- Ability to balance empathy with the firmness required to manage expectations.
