• Architect and develop high-quality front-end applications following modern best practices and component-based architecture. • Translate complex Figma designs into responsive, polished UI components with strict attention to detail. • Contribute to and maintain a centralized component library to ensure consistency across the enterprise ecosystem. • Ensure all applications are optimized for speed, SEO, and WCAG accessibility compliance. • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional meetings to ensure technical feasibility and high code quality. • Debug and resolve complex cross-browser/cross-device issues in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Job Requirements
- Work Authorization: ONLY USC and GC will be considered no other Visas
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience (Level III/Lead competency).
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and modern CSS (Tailwind, CSS Modules, or Styled Components).
- Proven track record of building reusable UI component libraries and scalable design systems.
- Extensive experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs into dynamic front-end applications.
- Proficiency with Figma (for design handoff) and Storybook (for component documentation).
- Experience integrating front-end applications with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi).

Apoiar o PM no Refinamento (Planning) trazendo a visão de viabilidade técnica. • Gestão de Impedimentos: Ser a primeira pessoa a agir quando o time trava (seja um problema de acesso, dúvida de negócio ou bloqueio técnico). • Acompanhamento de SLA/Prazos: Monitorar o progresso da Sprint e agir preventivamente se os prazos ou SLAs de correção de bugs estiverem em risco. • Definição de Solução: Em parceria com outros Seniors, bater o martelo na arquitetura das soluções da Squad. • Guardião dos Padrões: Garantir que o time esteja seguindo os padrões de código, testes e documentação definidos pela empresa. • Code Review de Alto Nível: Atuar como última barreira de qualidade em PRs críticos ou arquiteturais. • Cultura de Escrita: Criar e manter atualizada a documentação técnica (ADRs - Architecture Decision Records, RFCs, Diagramas de Arquitetura, API Docs/Swagger). • Descentralização: Documentar processos de troubleshooting (Runbooks) para que qualquer membro do time consiga resolver incidentes conhecidos. • Documentação de Legado: Mapear e documentar fluxos críticos de sistemas legados à medida que interage com el. • Mentorar e desenvolver tecnicamente os Devs Plenos e Juniores (*Pair Programming*, *Tech Talks*). • Viabilidade Técnica: Analisar as demandas do PM e avaliar a viabilidade, propondo alternativas (MVPs). • Negociação de Débito: Ser o advogado da engenharia, expondo a coordenação de tecnologia e produto os débitos técnicos necessários a serem trabalhados.
