BI Analytics Developer

• Develop performant, scalable, and user-oriented BI solutions on top of the defined backend • Build and maintain enterprise-level Power BI reports, delivering scalable, user-oriented BI solutions on top of the defined backend • Develop high-performance DAX and robust analytical models capable of handling large, granular fact tables, with strong focus on performance and maintainability • Design and evolve the Power BI semantic layer (star schemas, composite models), applying aggregation strategies and query optimization to improve report responsiveness • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) aligned with backend logic and leverage Collibra Cloud concepts (data products, business glossary, certification) to support trusted enterprise reporting • Work with IT and business colleagues to develop solutions to specific problems that at times leverage existing solutions and systems • Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in BI / Analytics
- Strong understanding of performance, usability, and maintainability
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders
- Show strong customer orientation for both internal and external stakeholders, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Strong interest in AI-driven tools and the ability to leverage them in daily work
- Speak fluent business English; knowledge of German is a plus
- Enjoy occasional travel to the customers

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary Performs research and analysis of complex healthcare claims data, pharmacy data, and lab data regarding network utilization and cost containment information.
