Job Requirements

  • Solving complex problems on the phone
  • Persistent and dedicated in case management
  • Able to develop strong rapport with clients and providers
  • Eager to learn complex tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably with a U.S.-based law firm.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems, processes, and terminology.
  • Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Advanced level of english is mandatory (Proven C1) minimun
  • Have a laptop/desktop and headphones to do the job
  • Steady internet connection
  • Previous experience in a similar field in english will be highly considered, but not mandatory
