Job Requirements
- Solving complex problems on the phone

- Able to develop strong rapport with clients and providers
- Eager to learn complex tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably with a U.S.-based law firm.
- Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems, processes, and terminology.
- Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours.
- Advanced level of english is mandatory (Proven C1) minimun
- Have a laptop/desktop and headphones to do the job
- Steady internet connection
- Previous experience in a similar field in english will be highly considered, but not mandatory
