• The Client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior CRM Software Developer for their development and application engineering teams. • This role requires a critical thinker with strong technical expertise in AWS and Azure, with a deep understanding of CRM’s. • The Senior CRM Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced CRM solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance customer engagement. • This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the CRM platform is optimized, scalable, and seamlessly integrated with other business systems. • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, lead best practices in development, and mentor junior team members. • With a strong background in CRM customization, integration, and software engineering, this individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality, secure, and innovative solutions that support organizational goals.

• Assist with the development and implementation and modernization of an existing platform consistent with enterprise architecture reference standards. • Work closely with the technical team and leadership to actively identify and log technical issues or risks associated with a project, escalating them, as appropriate, and possibly support the implementation of mitigation strategies for risk prevention and timely resolution. • You will have the opportunity to contribute on an individual basis as well as demonstrate your strengths as a team player.

• Attend and complete the part-time Data Science & AI Bootcamp as part of the apprenticeship • Contribute to software projects for your host company • Write clean, maintainable and testable code using modern frameworks and tools • Collaborate in sprint-based workflows and participate in code reviews • Support feature development, debugging, documentation, and QA processes • Build your portfolio of production-level work while growing your technical and collaborative skills • Receive ongoing mentorship from senior developers and product leaders

• Complete Flatiron School’s Software Engineering (full-time) and AI & Data Science (part-time) bootcamp programs • Contribute to real software projects during a paid apprenticeship with an employer partner • Collaborate in sprint-based workflows and participate in code reviews • Build a portfolio of production-level work
