Job Description

AI Native Full Stack Engineer

Dev.Pro

• Own a single, high-impact AI automation project from scope to shipment. • Research stakeholder needs, propose the architecture, and execute the build. • Build functional "V1s" quickly for feedback from our medical advisors and CTO. • Proactively push updates. We don’t want to chase you for status; we want you to tell us what’s next.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to take a vague problem, draft a design document, define your own milestones, and ship a feature with minimal supervision.
  • Deep proficiency in using AI to write, debug, and architect code.
  • You care about *why* we are building a feature and how it impacts a doctor or a patient.
  • We primarily use **TypeScript**, but we value "the smartest person in the room" over specific language experience. If you are a Java or Python expert who can pivot fast, we want to talk.
  • Must be available for rapid iteration and meetings during **US Business Hours** (to solve our current bottleneck with overseas teams).

Benefits

  • 30 paid days off each year — use them for vacation, holidays, or personal time
  • 5 paid sick days, up to 60 days of medical leave, and 6 paid days off for family events like weddings, funerals, or having a baby
  • Partially covered health insurance - after probation
  • Wellness bonus for gym memberships, sports nutrition, and similar needs
