• You are the first point of contact at our customers' sites and the representative of our labeling solutions • The integration and commissioning of our labeling systems into customers' existing equipment is your primary focus • You ensure the smooth functionality of our customers' systems • You train system users on site and perform maintenance and repairs on our labeling products • You work closely with our field sales team, our product specialists, our service experts and the dispatch/operations team at our headquarters
Job Requirements
- Completed training as a technician, automation technician (Automatiker), or information electronics technician with knowledge in electrical engineering/machine control, or a comparable degree (e.g., electrical engineering, automation engineering, or similar)
- Skills in precision mechanics, pneumatics and metalworking are an advantage
- Excellent technical understanding and the ability to conceive technical solutions
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Driving licence category B
- Basic military service completed
- Organisational talent with a structured and solution-oriented working approach
