• Proactively identify and engage potential pharmacy partners to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads. • Manage initial outreach and pre-sales communication in German, clearly articulating the value proposition of Sanity Group’s medical and wellness brands. • Conduct market research to identify trends and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with growth goals within the pharmaceutical landscape. • Establish and track KPIs for lead generation success, analyzing outcomes to optimize outreach strategy. • Maintain and update lead databases to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up for the broader sales and partnership teams. • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate lead generation activity into the wider marketing and growth strategy.
Job Requirements
- Native or professional-level fluency in German is essential for communicating with European partners.
- Mid-level seniority (typically 2–4 years of experience) in lead generation, pre-sales, or business development.
- Previous experience or familiarity with the pharmacy industry is highly preferred for this role.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working in a highly outward-facing, professional role.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate lead quality and market impact.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive—able to solve problems creatively and work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to work aligned to CET business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM CET).
