• Convert information from source documents (e.g., PDFs, images, handwritten notes, websites) into the company’s internal database or content management system. • Verify that all items, descriptions, prices, and options are accurately captured and reflect the source material exactly. • Follow established guidelines for data entry, formatting, and structuring items to ensure consistency and readability within the digital system. • Review completed transcriptions for spelling, grammar, punctuation errors, and data inconsistencies to ensure a clean, error-free output. • Utilize transcription software, word processing programs, and the company’s specific data entry tools efficiently. • Identify and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information by conducting basic research or seeking clarification from the appropriate team members. • Manage workload effectively to meet daily or weekly production and quality standards. • Meet daily expectations/KPIs as assigned with efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements
- Graduate from any discipline (or pursuing master’s).
- Freshers eligible.
- Basic English proficiency (Listening/Reading/Writing/Speaking – Intermediate).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good command of Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms.
- Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Cognitive ability and willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills.
