Sales Representative – Study Abroad Specialist

Work and Study Travel

• Effectively convert leads into customers • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing • Provide personalized support via WhatsApp, video calls, phone, and email • Log and report performance and productivity metrics in the CRM • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in direct sales within the study abroad/tourism/education sectors
  • Experience handling high-ticket sales and cold leads
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, conveying confidence and trust
  • Experience managing a high volume of leads
  • Results-oriented and goal-driven profile
  • Genuine interest in the education sector and the transformative impact of study abroad programs
  • Plus: international experience (study or work)
  • Knowledge of Spanish
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
