Sales Representative – Study Abroad Specialist
Work and Study Travel
• Effectively convert leads into customers • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing • Provide personalized support via WhatsApp, video calls, phone, and email • Log and report performance and productivity metrics in the CRM • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales within the study abroad/tourism/education sectors
- Experience handling high-ticket sales and cold leads
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, conveying confidence and trust
- Experience managing a high volume of leads
- Results-oriented and goal-driven profile
- Genuine interest in the education sector and the transformative impact of study abroad programs
- Plus: international experience (study or work)
- Knowledge of Spanish
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
