Quality Analyst
Enago (Crimson Interactive)
• End-to-End Quality Management of Freelancers (FLs) and In-house Editors (IHEs) • Ability to edit, proofread, and review academic documents at a high speed and with high quality/precision • Checking and improving the quality of FLs/IHEs through regular quality audits • Monitoring trends and facilitating decision-making related to FL/IHE quality • Explaining grammatical concepts, checking process adherence, and building resources for FLs/IHEs: maintaining healthy and professional communication on a regular basis • Attending to and resolving FL/IHE queries (English/content & editorial processes) • Conduct training sessions for IHEs (English & in-house editorial processes) • Operations Management (inter- and intra-team coordination and communication) • Working in collaboration with the Project Management and Client Servicing teams to understand and efficiently handle client concerns, projects, and consultations • Working in collaboration with the Freelancer Recruitment team to hire high-quality FLs for different services and projects • Working in collaboration with our editors for special projects and consultations • Ensuring continuous editor training and development • Working on several developmental activities and projects for clients • Working on data, analyses, and reports as and when required
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in editing/copyediting and/or conducting language quality checks (should be interested in learning new concepts along with language)
- High proficiency in written and spoken English (near-native) and the ability to explain language concepts to a layperson
- Ability to multitask, demonstrate urgency and drive, excellent time management skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (primarily Excel and Word)
- Open to participating and overseeing team tasks and activities

• Develop paid media strategies aligned with the client's marketing and sales objectives; • Identify the best platforms and channels for campaigns; • Define and manage media budgets; • Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Perform complex financial analysis to ensure deals originated are within policy limits and establish credit line assignments for manually reviewed applications. • Accurately and consistently identify underlying risks and provide feedback to the Head of Credit for recommended underwriting treatment. • Recognize trends and formulate appropriate responses regarding the feasibility of credit requests. • Provide loan approval recommendations to the appropriate lending authority. • Ensure all deals are within credit policy, note any policy exceptions, and work with the credit team to ensure proper guardrails are in place. • Host deal reviews and post-mortems as deemed necessary to ensure high-quality decision-making. • Review bad debt loans and provide feedback for enhanced underwriting and account management strategies. • Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational velocity. • Work closely with Sales and CSMs (Customer Service Managers) to establish and maintain strong customer relationships. • Provide approvals and set credit limits for accounts required to re-verify financials. • Assist with developing and enhancing credit risk assessment capabilities to maintain healthy relationships with clients by balancing risk/reward. • Influence decision-making to find opportunities to improve strategies across the PEX organization.
• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using caregiver interviews, record review, direct observation (live or video capture), and standardized assessment tools. • Utilize FronteraCare’s video-capture technology to review sessions, analyze behavior patterns, and inform treatment planning. • Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans aligned with medical necessity. • Ensure all reports meet payer authorization standards and internal quality benchmarks. • Prepare cases for smooth transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams. • Maintain clinical documentation accuracy and timeliness. • Serve as the clinical gatekeeper for new cases entering the organization. • Provide clear case summaries and transition notes for assigned clinical teams. • Collaborate with Intake, Scheduling, and Clinical Leadership to ensure efficient onboarding timelines. • Provide feedback to leadership on system improvements, technology optimization, and workflow refinement. • Adhere strictly to the BACB Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts. • Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure handling of video-capture data.
