• Database troubleshooting: execute advanced SQL queries to investigate data discrepancies and correct records. • Manual interventions: perform technical procedures and 'not yet automated' workflows to resolve application blockages. • Technical diagnosis: analyze logs and system behavior to distinguish between user errors, data anomalies, and bugs. • Interface with engineering: collaborate with developers to document recurring issues for automated solutions. • Knowledge management: maintain documentation for manual workarounds and domain-specific logic.
Job Requirements
- Strong SQL skills: confident with complex joins, updates, and investigative queries.
- 1+ year experience: proven experience in professional technical support.
- Basic developer knowledge: ability to read code (Python/JS/etc.), understand APIs, and follow logic flows.
- Fluent English: excellent written and verbal communication for a global working environment.
- Analytical mindset: a passion for 'detective work' and solving application-specific puzzles.
