- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and/or solution architecture with a strong focus on SAP technologies.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on project experience with the SAP Integration Suite and its core components (e.g., Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh).
- Experience with SAP Process Orchestration and migration scenarios is an advantage.
- Excellent understanding of modern integration patterns, API design, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native principles.
- Knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as a whole is a major plus.
- Initial experience in leading teams or managing (sub-)projects and the ambition to build and develop a team.
- Strong customer orientation, communication and presentation skills to convince as a trusted advisor and architect.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, a hands-on mentality, and the desire to make a real impact in an early-stage company.
- Fluent German and English (both at least C1 level).
- Willingness to travel for client-specific workshops, team events, and internal meetings (your home base is remote).
Benefits
- Scope to shape: A unique opportunity to help build a young company from the ground up and bring your ideas to life.
- Responsibility & growth: Early responsibility in challenging integration projects and clear development prospects in a growing market.
- Exciting projects & top technology: Work with the SAP Integration Suite, a comprehensive enterprise integration platform, and design innovative solutions for our clients. Benefit from collaboration with experienced colleagues.

- Flexibility & remote work: Benefit from a modern work culture with the option to work mainly remotely.
- Dynamic team: A small, experienced founding team and the opportunity to build your own team.
- Attractive compensation package: Performance-based pay and participation in shared success.
- Collaborative culture: We value open communication, pragmatism, and measurable value — internally and externally.
