Elevate and Delegate
• Client Deliverables (first priority) • Testimonial edits and brand story videos • Short-form campaign videos (30–90 seconds) • Event recap content • Internal / Social Content • Short-form content for the client’s social accounts and pages • Behind-the-scenes, educational, and personal brand videos • At full capacity: 5 short-form videos + 1 long-form per week + ongoing client work • Workload fluctuates based on active projects • Initially starting with a backlog of content ready to be edited (LENS intro videos, Jersey Smooth, VSL)
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in **Premiere Pro** or **DaVinci Resolve **
- Basic motion graphics (titles, lower thirds, transitions)
- Color grading and audio leveling
- Understanding of storytelling and pacing
- Short-form and long-form editing
- Familiarity with US/Western aesthetic standards
- Able to emulate styles similar to: Dan Martell, Alex Hormozi, Devon Levesque

You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
