O que você fará no dia a dia: - Desenvolver e manter interfaces fluidas utilizando Next.js, CSS e Tailwind CSS. - Colaborar na construção e manutenção de formulários complexos e performáticos. - Participar de discussões técnicas e revisões de código (Code Reviews), contribuindo para a evolução da nossa arquitetura. - Garantir a estabilidade das entregas através de testes automatizados, desde testes unitários até testes de integração. Qualifications - Sólido conhecimento em HTML e CSS. - Experiência prática com React.js e o framework Next.js. - Familiaridade com Tailwind CSS. - Conhecimento em TypeScript para garantir segurança do código. - Noções de Redux e Context API. - Mentalidade voltada a testes automatizados (Jest e React Testing Library). - Noções de arquitetura de projetos e interesse por programação funcional. • Building and maintaining the front-ends for our platform and products, which are built on top of our cutting-edge voice models and used by millions of users. • High degrees of ownership. You will be responsible for shipping end-to-end features across the front and back ends of our stack, as well as helping set the direction of the features and products you're working on. • Collaborating closely with others on the Engineering, Growth and Sales teams to understand, and design solutions for, our customer and internal team’s most important problems and workflows. • Improving our existing products to ensure that they’re intuitive, powerful and make innovative use of our research team’s latest break-throughs. This could involve making sweeping UX changes, adding significant functionality, or building integrations with other common consumer/enterprise solutions. • Designing & developing clean, intuitive, and functional user interfaces for products that will be used by millions of users and the world’s largest enterprises. • Working with internal teams and customers directly to synthesize feedback, understand user’s issues, and then design improvements and features to solve them.

• Build and own the web app for our monetization and experiments platform. • Refine and implement complex experiment configuration interfaces (parameter configs, audience segmentation, etc.). • Build analytics dashboards and data visualizations that turn raw numbers into actionable insights. • Build platform admin tooling to streamline operations. • Work closely with Monetization and Business teams to translate requirements and prototypes into intuitive, high-performance UI. • Shape API contracts together with backend engineers to ensure seamless data flow. • Own frontend architecture and component design, ensuring a scalable and maintainable codebase.

• Coordinate care for patients by ensuring access to eligible resources/programs and assisting with referrals and provider appointments • Perform outbound calls and respond to inbound calls from patients, providers, and Village resources • Complete non-clinical screenings and pathways under the guidance of the Manager; escalate to Integrated Care Nurse as needed • Assist the clinical team with moving patients through the continuum of care by completing tasks as directed • Identify eligible resources for members and collaborate with Integrated Care Nurses, dialysis clinics, health plans, and other stakeholders to help members enroll in programs • Communicate directly with patients in a timely and professional manner • Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential documentation • Demonstrate exceptional two-way communication, both oral and written • Act in alignment with DaVita’s mission and values to deliver high-quality patient care
