Job Description

Junior Insurance Coordinator

Trella

• Drive the end-to-end claims process from incident notification to recovery • Ensure claims are filed within policy SLAs to prevent rejection • Build complete claim files fast — PODs, invoices, driver statements, police reports, survey docs, and photos • Maintain real-time visibility on financial exposure • Partner closely with Operations and Control Tower immediately after incidents • Liaise with brokers, insurers, and surveyors to accelerate investigations • Escalate risks early — don’t wait for problems to grow • Maintain a clean, audit-ready claims tracker • Publish recurring risk insights: Damage trends, Theft exposure, Lane-level risk, Repeat transporter incidents • Identify patterns and recommend operational fixes • Support rollout of preventive controls (documentation standards, loading evidence, compliance checks)

Job Requirements

  • 0–2 years experience in logistics, insurance, operations, or finance
  • Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
  • Structured thinker with strong follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working across teams in a high-accountability culture
  • Advanced user of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred
