• Support the IT support team in daily operations (1st and 2nd level support) • Receive and process support requests via email and a ticketing system • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with experienced colleagues • Document IT processes and support cases • Assist with internal IT projects and rollouts
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Interest in network technologies, cloud services, and IT security
- Previous IT support experience is a plus but not required
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
