An advanced degree preferred. - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field. MBA or master's preferred but not required. - Proven experience in operations consulting, strong knowledge of operational processes, systems and tools, and improvement initiatives including experience in process digitalization and digital transformation in leading/fast growth companies. - Experience in market analytics for new tools and process improvements for complex, high growth companies. - Storyteller with an ability to drive organizational change management. - Consistently shows exponential thinking and incremental execution. - Understanding of best practices in the industry and application to real life. - Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and development life cycles. ## Preferred qualifications Quality Skills: - Hands on operational experience in manufacturing.
