DevOps Automation Architect

Logicalis Spain

• Diseñar la arquitectura objetivo de automatización (runbooks, flujos y dominios) sobre AWX/AAP, Azure DevOps, Git e Infraestructura como Código con Terraform. • Definir patrones, blueprints y arquitecturas reutilizables para equipos, servicios y clientes. • Definir estándares de pipelines CI/CD multi-entorno. • Diseñar estrategias de ramas, gates de aprobación, control de cambios y seguridad de supply chain. • Estandarizar módulos de Terraform y librerías Ansible (roles y colecciones). • Implementar versionado, pruebas automatizadas y documentación para su adopción transversal. • Implantar linters, pruebas automatizadas (molecule / pytest) y escaneos de políticas. • Garantizar la calidad del código y la fiabilidad de las automatizaciones. • Mentorización de equipos DevOps y de automatización. • Realizar code reviews, sesiones de arquitectura y acompañamiento en despliegues críticos. • Diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias complejas en automatizaciones, pipelines e infraestructuras definidas como código.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia en diseño de arquitectura de automatización en entornos híbridos y Cloud.
  • Experiencia avanzada en Python para scripting y automatización.
  • Experiencia con Ansible (roles, playbooks, colecciones) y AWX/AAP (job templates, RBAC, inventarios dinámicos).
  • Conocimientos sólidos en Terraform y Infraestructura como Código (módulos reutilizables, workspaces, políticas).
  • Experiencia con Azure DevOps (repositorios y pipelines YAML multi-stage, environments, approvals).
  • Conocimientos de Bash y PowerShell para automatización en entornos Linux y Windows.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Git (git-flow, control de versiones, code review).
  • Conocimientos en APIs REST (diseño y consumo, autenticación, rate limiting).
  • Capacidad para documentar arquitecturas y automatizaciones (wikis, runbooks) y comunicar decisiones técnicas a equipos y stakeholders.
  • Valorable: Experiencia o certificación en MCP / AIOps.
  • Conocimientos en administración de sistemas Linux y/o Windows.
  • Fundamentos de redes (routing, firewalls, DNS, VLANs, balanceadores).
  • Experiencia con prácticas GitOps.
  • Conocimientos de contenedores y orquestación (Kubernetes / OpenShift).
