• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the trading systems, guaranteeing continuity and stability in the production trading environment. • Develop automation tools to streamline operational processes, reducing overhead and enhancing efficiency. • Triage, prioritize and troubleshoot complex network and systems issues, ranging from low-level hardware to in-house software applications. • Work with development to improve the operational stability and functionality of existing and new trading systems. • Coordinate, plan, and execute firm-wide changes within a global change management framework. • Understand and account for the needs of all stakeholders. • On call coverage in a team rotation. • Support other key initiatives as the business dictates.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance desktop applications using C# and WPF • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze technical feasibility, and deliver high-quality solutions • Design and implement user-friendly interfaces with modern WPF patterns such as MVVM • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in both code and database interactions • Design, implement, and maintain relational database schemas, stored procedures, and queries • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high code quality • Create and maintain technical documentation for future reference and upgrades • Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and technologies in the .NET ecosystem.
